By minting, purchasing, or holding a Kitsune Soul NFT, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.\ <br>

#### **2. Ownership**

When you purchase a Kitsune Soul NFT, you receive:

* Full ownership of the NFT token
* The right to transfer, sell, or trade the NFT
* Commercial rights to use the specific artwork associated with your NFT

You DO NOT receive ownership of:

* The overall Kitsune Soul brand
* The Kitsune Soul logo
* The entire collection’s IP
* Any Kitsune Soul characters not represented by your NFT
