You may use your NFT’s artwork for personal or commercial purposes, including:

* Merchandise
* Branding
* Creative projects
* Social media content

However, you may **not** use the artwork in ways that:

* Promote hate, racism, discrimination, or illegal activity
* Imply official partnership with the Kitsune Soul team
* Misrepresent the brand or project<br>

#### **4. Intellectual Property (IP)**

All rights to the Kitsune Soul brand, name, lore, universe, logo, website, and all non-individual NFT assets belong exclusively to the project creators.
